I've spent most of my life around the internet. From managing gaming parlours and building online communities in the early internet era, to running automation systems, digital operations, and AI-powered workflows today. My journey has always revolved around understanding how systems work beneath the surface.

Before GeeksGrow, I worked across customer operations, product operations, automation systems, digital infrastructure, workflow optimization, and support operations. Over the years, one pattern kept repeating itself.
