1. Service Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel services by providing written notice to GeeksGrow. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive the written notice.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in the specific service agreement or proposal. Generally, refunds are not provided for services already rendered or for work in progress.
3. Project-Based Services
For project-based services (e.g., website development), a non-refundable deposit may be required. If a project is cancelled mid-way, the client will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
4. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, cancellation will typically take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.
