I've spent most of my life around the internet. From managing gaming parlours and building online communities in the early internet era, to running automation systems, digital operations, and AI-powered workflows today. My journey has always revolved around understanding how systems work beneath the surface.
Before GeeksGrow, I worked across customer operations, product operations, automation systems, digital infrastructure, workflow optimization, and support operations. Over the years, one pattern kept repeating itself.

Started in gaming communities and online forums in the early internet era. In 2010, built one of India's large online communities with 50,000 users, then moved into SaaS, product ops, and AI automation.
